Work at height

In 2007/08 falls from height accounted for 58 fatal accidents at work in the UK and around 3235 major injuries. They remain the single biggest cause of workplace deaths and one of the main causes of major injury. Managers need to identify those activities that may present a risk of injury to somebody were they to fall. When doing so, consideration needs to be given to infrequently as well as more frequently/regularly carried out activities. Further details can be found below.
