Surrogacy

If an employee meets the relevant qualifying criteria laid out in the Surrogacy statutory leave and pay procedure (P208f) they will have a statutory right to take adoption leave and receive statutory adoption pay. The procedure can be found under the policies tab below. This document provides all the information needed to enable an employee to access and take adoption leave and pay and will also provide information on how to take unpaid time off to attend antenatal appointments.
