Annualised hours - support staff only

An ‘annualised hours contract’ is where an employee works a set number of hours over a twelve-month period. The number of hours actually worked each month will vary depending on the needs of the school but at the end of each month the employee will receive the same monthly payment irrespective of the hours they have actually worked.
